Special Tool for Parents:
In light of the recent Supreme Court rulings (March 2026), alongside our friend Matt Wilk with Get Kids Back to School, we have prepared a sample letter for you to use to send to your local school districts.
Download the letter and use the copy to remind your schools of what your expectations are for them as they are involved in the education of your children.
The Latest – Parents know your Rights and fight for them — The Supreme Court supports you!
Michigan parents and guardians, when the United States Spreme Court makes a ruling on a case, it sets a precedent (or standard). In two sweeping victories announced ath the start of March 2026, the Supreme Court is standing for parents. Their clarion call to “preserve parents’ rights” becomes the legal standard you can present to your local school districts.
- Settlement for Mahmoud vs Taylor: “The Montgomery County Board of Education is now required to “provide parents with advance notice when instructional materials addressing family life and human sexuality will be used,” and allow parents to opt out.”
- Significance to you: it covers all topics in school where they may try and insert LGBTQ+ agenda
- Historic win in California case: The U.S. Supreme Court temporarily blocked California’s “gender secrecy” school rules, meaning California can’t enforce policies that keep parents in the dark if a child adopts a different gender identity at school while the case continues.
- Why it matters to Michigan parents: it strengthens the legal argument that parents have a right to be informed and involved in major school/mental-health related decisions—so it can influence school policies and future lawsuits beyond California, including in Michigan.

Join our Prayer Team for Michigan’s Children
We believe in God and the power of prayer.
We know that our children today are hurting, struggling, and facing many challenges.
Please join our Prayer Team where we link arms with you to stand in the gap for those in the education arena and the precious children God has entrusted to us to raise.
Know the Law
Michigan’s law protects you, Mom and Dads. You have the Biblical, spiritual, and legal fundamental right to examine what your child is being taught. And to ask that they would be omitted from that class topic.
The Federal Government Can’t Interfere either
In a recent Supreme Court case, even the federal law now backs you up. Parents you can choose to do what is best for your child. You have the right to ask questions and to opt them out.
