Conservative Court in 2010! CTV is not able to get involved in every Judicial
Race in Michigan. We have listed the highest courts below, and a link under
'helpful resources' to point you to the local court-candidates. These provide
names for you to do the research on your own.

Our Michigan Supreme Court has 7 sitting Justices; 2 of the Justices are up for
re-election.

While most people will be focused on the Presidential election of 2008, there is another contest of critical importance for
Michigan citizens - the Supreme Court.
Although often overlooked, the Courts in America have been responsible for many damaging decisions including legalized
abortion, the proliferation of obscenity and homosexual "marriage" just to name a few.
That is precisely why we formed "Clergy for a Conservative Court." Because of our success in helping elect Justices Clifford
Taylor, Stephen Markman and Robert Young in 2000, a Wall Street Journal article recently said that Michigan has, "The finest
Court in the nation."
