Suggested
Resource: America's Providential History
Mark Beliles's stellar book America's Providential History is one of our favorite books here at HQ. It is an easy read covering the founding of America in snapshots, yet insightful information that will make you want to do more research later! It also reveals fundamental conservative principles, providing many opportunities for you to say "ah hah! I knew I wasn't off base in my perspective!"
Find it online and share it with your friends. It's time we remember our American history and be assured that God did play a key role in the founding of this nation. And we choose to believe He is not done yet!

2009 Year in Review on Michigan Public Policy!
Here is a list of the items we alerted YOU on in 2009. The liberals in
Michigan have been busy ... but we are watching out for values that matter to
your family (To know more about the bills, click here
www.michiganlegislature.org
and enter the bill number into 'the box'! Track the action!)
We opposed Representative Alma Wheeler’s bill (4131) allowing two unmarried
persons (same or opposite sex) to legally adopt children in Michigan. The bill
is currently in reading in the House.
We supported a package of bills protecting human embryos from cloning and
prohibiting animal embryo experimentation. These pieces of legislation are
still residing in the Senate’s Health Policy committee.

November 13 - 14, 2009, Lansing
We are excited to bring Mark Montini back to Michigan, as our keynote speaker for our 7th bi-annual Campaign School! RSVPs are coming in! Anyone who is considering running for office, has a family member who is running or even a citizen that just wants to understand how the process works needs to RSVP soon!
Many of our current elected leaders have gone through this training. It is one
of very few candidate training academies in the state. We are training future
leaders on how to be promoters and
defenders of traditional family values, and how to win in the polling booth.
