Why Should I Get Involved?

It is our privilege to live in the United States of America - a nation designed by God to do amazing things. From the Federal level to the television set, our morals have been underpinned and watered down. For too long Christian conservatives have stayed quiet and sat still with the false idea that if they do not do something someone else will.

The liberal voice is being heard loud and clear! Now it is time for the social conservatives to rise up in a mighty roar! From serving as a district leader to acting as a church contact to writing letters to your newspaper editor - you need to be active now! Join us in influencing the state of Michigan for future generations.

Pray for CTV and Your Leaders

Download this prayer sheet, keep it in your Bible, and use it as a reference and reminder to keep our national, state and local leaders in your prayers.

Host a Citizenship Sunday

Find out more about hosting a Citizenship Sunday! It's an opportunity for you to encourage and promote responsible Christian citizenship at your church and with your church families.

Be a Church Contact

Find out more about being a Church Contact! Help your church families stay informed, pray for their leaders, actively influence Michigan, and practice responsible Christian Citizenship.

Volunteer for CTV

Are you in the Lansing area? Do you have the ability to volunteer in our office to help with mailings or projects? Do you have a responsible high school student or available college age student willing to be an intern? We need your help! Email us to volunteer.

Precinct Delegate

Find out more about becoming a Precinct Delegate! Help your party on a local level by attending county conventions, assisting candidates and helping run events.

Form a Local Committee

We need local committees in your area to help our Political Action Committee (PAC) with the endorsing process for the election. Do you believe strongly in Godly values? Then you can help us by forming or joining a team of other people who will interview the candidates, finding out where they stand on issues important to our core values. (Your committee will not endorse, simply provide us crucial information in the endorsement process). Email us for details.

Register Voters

Do you believe in the crucial role of voting? Are you interested in helping us register voters in your area? Whether as part of a Citizenship Sunday, or as a Church Contact, or simply done by itself or in conjunction with another group or event, let us know if you want to help people register, and we'll help you learn how and get the materials you need.

Be a Community Leader

Maybe you are a community leader and you don't even know it. Do you have a large circle of influence - homeschool parents? Church members? Do you know several people that live in your neighborhood - who all care about traditional, conservative, godly values? Well, email us and we'll add your name to our activist contact list, and the only commitment is that we will look to you to spread information on the issues and need for action when the time comes, whether by phone, mail, email or in person.

Students: Be an Intern

Apply for an internship at CTV, a candidate or a legislator's office. Get some hands-on experience influencing government for traditional values.

Your Own Creative Idea

Maybe you have an idea we have not thought about on how you can be involved in the ministry of CTV! Maybe there is a certain group (such as a church or home school group) you can be our contact for on certain issues. Or maybe you have a suggestion for how our team can combine energies with your church? Send us an email!
